3-Day Training Program on Strategic Relationships and Collaborations Management
Building proactive, collaborative, and synergistic relationships with current and prospective partners is crucial in today’s fast-paced and unpredictable business landscape. This is fundamental to achieving resilience and sustainable performance on programs and projects of any size.
Strategic Relationships Solutions Inc. (SRS), in partnership with ICW Canada, will host an online course on Relational Contracting and Collaboration Management from February 7th to 9th, 2024.
In this course, the participants will be able to:
+ Learn about the fundamental issues inhibiting success in major projects and business arrangements.
+ Learn about the SRS reference model for effective collaboration based on best practices and international standards.
+ Learn how to develop and operationalize collaboration management plans and sustain collaboration for the full duration of the relationship.
+ Gain a deep understanding of a ‘Convergence’ concept and process for shifting mindsets, enabling collaboration, and creating an environment of trust.
+ Learn the fundamentals of outcome-based relational contracting and how it provides the basis for successful, long-lasting relationships.
This course operationalizes ISO 44001 and is deemed an approved equivalency for the Department of National Defence – Canada (DND) PMCD 3 qualifications requirement.
